T-shirt Design Brief

Create image / logo. 2-3 colours. Interpretation of the state line of Michigan.
If you google image search 'Michigan mitten graphic' or 'Michigan t shirt' you will see lots of ideas.
What I would like you to do is rotate the State image a little clockwise so it looks like a monster with smoke coming from its nose.

With image are words 'Arrgh Arrgh Arrgh'
Reverse of shirt 'A Real Michigan Monster'

Something like the attached file.
