Logo Design Brief

I have started my own Personal Training business as a sole trader. I would like to have a logo to attract both male and female clients.

To do this I would like to have a silhouette logo with both a male and female silhouette standing together. I would like them to be different colours so as to create contrast, however I'm not sure what colours I would like yet.

I specialize in strength and conditioning/ fat loss so I would like the silhouette's to look muscular and doing a bodybuilding pose.

I would also like to have business cards and T-Shirts designed, if it possible for some sort of package deal?
