Logo Design Brief

I am looking for logos for 2 different companies, but they should have the same look/feel and work well together for duel branding.
(If I have invited you then it is because I have looked through your portfolio and liked what I saw!)

Logo 1: SPOKES EDUCATION
We currently have a logo (see www.spokeseducation.com) but we are revamping our website and want a more modern and cool look.

Logo 2: LURNMI
This is a new area of our business - a learning platform that hosts online courses

Key info:

Dimensions:
Provide 2 versions of each logo - one square, one (horizontal) rectangle.
Minimum 1024px

Colour Pallette:
As per website (Purple/Grey/White)
Ideally provide 3 colour variations of each logo, suitable for different backgrounds.

Style
Modern, clear, minimal, cool
Appropriate for all ages
Should represent ONLINE learning, or abstract (not books etc)
Both logos should incorporate an icon and text.
I do not want initials to be used in the design.

I have attached 3 types of logo that I like.
Logo 1) Icon and modern text
Logo 2) Circular/round icon - words can go through or to the side
Logo 3) I love this style - cool/funky. Would consider an animal figure (monkey!) if it had some educational element to it, or a standard/abstract figure

Don't need to see all variations at concept stage, but final output should be 6 variations of each logo:
