Print Design Brief

We need a email banner, web banner and print invite graphic (front cover) for an event. The concept/theme we are going after is "Preparing for a Party" and we'd like to have the visuals look similar to the WW2 posters like Rosie the Riveter. Ideally we'd like a man and woman in the image preparing for a party/celebration. We want to have products on a tray where we can overlay text related to the topic. This is another ad that we like the look of as well. http://www.publicdomainpictures.net/view-image.php?image=162717&picture=retro-fifties-lady-collage-van-de-kunst. The products on the tray could be blank and we'd add in the text.
