Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our new company based in Perth WA.
We are registered builders who construct modern new homes and renovate homes too. We undertake all aspects of renovations, including construction and remodelling of old homes. We are rebranding and would like a sharp modern polished look to the new brand. We wish to attract all age groups. We are professional and very good at what we do. We would also like to use the blue range of colours but also inject maybe some green into it too.
I would like the name of our new company RENOVATION HAUS to be included in the logo title as well as some form of picture. I like clear print but would also consider some curved text too?
