Logo Design Brief

I am starting a new company called Be the Beast Coaching. Previously I had a logo for a company called Be the Beast Racing. I'll share that but I'm not tied to the logo because I think it is too busy looking and that company was focused on bike racing and not triathlons. The company I am started is for my triathlon coaching business. I am also going to be doing motivational speaking under the Be the Beast Coaching business. I'd like something that expresses what the company while still looking clean and fresh.
