Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo. The company name is Drain Brain inc.
This is a play on words. Drains are a huge part of plumbing service work. Brains are an icon for intelligence. Brain Drain is when you are exhausted and out of ideas so we are the opposite. Our ideas are something like a brain going down a drain where the brain stem is like the water funnel entering the drain but I think something stylized with clean lines works better than something cartoonish or animated. We are plumbers not artists so we are open to your ideas.
We like the idea of maybe having the typical tangled brain matter being made of industrial piping. We are not opposed to letting the drain flow down into the brain instead of the other way around as described above.
We don't have a tag line yet but we like "plumbing smarter"
The ideas we think will help differentiate us in the market are cleanliness, courtesy, intelligence, awareness of environmental issues and efficiency.
Our sister company is a residential construction contracting firm and we like clean and modern design.
A design that incorporates a single line would be cool because it would be easy to print on any color background.
We will offer lots of feedback on initial designs to help steer the project in the right direction.
The files we uploaded are just for inspiration and to get an idea of the shape and concept.
