please clarify the work quantum as this is a contest.
The current designer prize suffices for 2 pages design only with CSS,XHTML - not all 7-8 pages designed & then responsive coded & advanced functionality of wordpress integration that you are demanding in the brief.
please double the budget if you need all this done else no good designer would like to participate in this or will tell you to increase the $$$ later on. please be fair

I guess I don't understand the price model at design crowd. They have a price catalog for what I requested. Was I not supposed to use the pricing for which they just billed my credit card? Is there s different way to price this?

I just need a main page and a sub-page designed. Sub pages can be cloned to meet my needs. I have not finalized the number of sub-pages yet.

Hi Sr. when you say 'scroll down' anchors do you mean One Page Design? All the content on the same page and scroll down to see the information?

Yes, one page design with above the fold main page and several below the fold subpages. Layout will be the same for subpages except the first one which will carry the blue background from the bottom of the EPS image.
