Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a dating site.
My preferences are for colours like green/blue as they are very positive and appealing (red - which I currently have) is a bit abrupt.
I like hearts and think this would be a good/main part of the logo.

I like the oasis logo but I don't want any text with it (just a logo) and don't want a copy/copy-write issue:
