Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company specializing in sailboat tours around Mission Bay in San Diego, California. Our goal is to offer customers a relaxing experience upon the calm bay waters, and introduce them to the beauty of San Diego's nature around the bay. We would like a contemporary and hip design as our main demographic will be young couples. The logo should not be too serious and a touch of artistic flair or funkiness would be nice. Below, we included a photo of one of our competitor's website's front page as we like the artistic font they used in their logo.
