I need a logo for Paradise Builders LLC, and then a website, and corporate identity package-a letterhead, envelope and business card for is a luxury residential development company in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are developing luxury housing in Tiburon, a beautiful residential community north of San Francisco.

Must have

• A clean, modern professional look. Strong sense of luxury. Below are two logos from other company's that I like but this new company does not have to be similar. I just had to post something in this area to complete the posting.

Nice to have

• We are building homes in the $20MM range selling to international clients. We want a brand image that conveys luxury and exclusivity.

Should not have

• Nothing that is building derivative. No hammers, houses, or other simplistic images.
