Logo Design Brief

OdysseyEMR is a web-based electronic medical record that is mostly used by doctors and nurses to create and share the medical information of their patients. We need a new logo design. We are building the software from scratch using cutting edge programming and need a new logo to celebrate the change.
People know the system as Odyssey but really its called OdysseyEMR. We are programming version 5 so we are calling it Odyssey 5 or 'O5'. See www.OdysseyEMR.com for the current logo and www.OdysseyEMR.com.au for more info.

You will see a logo of SIS on the website which represents the company that owns it (Specialist Information Services) but we want this to disappear and be replaced by Odyssey only (in some form)

We are promoting a system that is "intuitive, secure and responsive".

Initial users are cancer specialists and chemotherapy nurses. Green is not a good colour since it reminds patients of vomit!
