Icon Design Brief

"DonoBot" is creating a peer-to-peer donation platform which is meant to raise funds in order to help people with difficult Health conditions.

Examples are people with cancer, neurologic illnesses, hereditary diseases, those who suffer from health impairment after trauma, disabled people. A further goal is to support, small specialized charities that raise funds for these kind of people.

People who have a terrible stroke of fate are invited to come to the website, able to tell their story and ask for help.
Our goal is to empower every individual in their search for help by offering a community that wants to give. We want to enable this "giving community" to actively chose the individuals and/or the small NGOs they want to support with financial aid.

For all that we need our very own “donation robot”, called "DonoBot". The robot will explain how the website works and how funds can be donated. With the robot it will be possible to create a personal donation profile, as "private charity".

The robot should be the website's representative, and in a cartoon style. It has a friendly and nice character, and makes you feel warm and secure when you look at it. Without being too funny, it shall convey a sincere and happy mindset that translates the mission of the webpage. We are open to color suggestions.

Hi everybody, this is a prototype which I found in the web. we want our DonoBot to be as "human", friendly and warm. Has to have nice eyes and a smile. Some more images of the guy can be found on the shutterstock page under his ID. this is exactly the type of character we are looking for. Not too technical. Please bear in mind that the DonoBot help people with medical conditions.

Sorry everybody if my last update has maybe caused a misundertsanding. Please be aware that I want a robot that is not actually human, but "humane" = friendly, happy, good-hearted. Actually I would really like to have the kind of cartoon little guy that I posted in my latest update.

1) Friendly, Cute 2) Helpful 3) Positive 4) Professional 5) Smart 6) Nice 7) Reliable 8) Technical 9) Quick

Does not need to be a robot/robot, but can be an animal robot, e.g.
have "DonoBot" small written on the chest, colours red and white, or blue and white, or green, or very mixed colours = happy and bright!

Hello,

we are still looking for a convincing DonoBot, and drafted very simple image to describe the way the guy should look like, and which mood he should transpire. The lightbulb in the chest on the place of the heart is something we would like to have. Happy colours, and a well-nourished, bright and happy guy who helps you make the world better. looking forward for your proposals.

• the Donobot is supposed to be the icon of the page, but shall also guide the user to set up his charity profile. so it would be nice to have the guy not completely static, or at least displayed with a couple of movements ( standing there looking nice, showing something, be happy, be sad..), animation could be an option.
