Flyer Design Brief

Hi, we are an agency that places student abroad. Our mission is to help the student to prepare his folder for VISA.

We need a folding where the whole procedure is modulated in the form of pictures. We need it to be clear, simple and funny so our clients could understand the procedure as easily as possible.
You can find between ( ) the text in french to put under the picture.

It s like a story where a boy is following the procedures to get his visa to study in Germany

You can find below an explanation of the procedure (You can find between ( ) the text in french to put under the picture) :

- The client come to the agency to get information about studies in germany. (Mehdi se présente à l’agence pour obtenir des informations concernant les études en Allemagne.)


- The client gets his personnalized consultation with one of our experienced consultant to help him to choose the language school and the accomodation (Nos conseillers orientent Mehdi vers l’école de langue et le logement qui lui vont.)

- The client goes to the pre-university entry service where they get a checklist for documents to bring (Mehdi s’adresse au service « pré-inscription universitaire » pour obtenir la liste des documents nécessaires à celle-ci.).

- The client goes to the municipality oR the embassy to makes official copies of his document and bring them back to the agency with a CV so the translator could translate them to german (Mehdi s’adresse à la municipalité ou l’ambassade pour faire des copies conformes de ses documents et les ramener au service « pré-inscription universitaire » pour lancer la traduction. )

- The client pay the equivalent of 180 euros in tunisian dinars + 25 dt so his preregistration request could be sent to the university. He than has to wait from 6 to 8 weeks to receive his preregistration (Mehdi paye l’équivalent de 180 euros (caution) + 25 dinars pour que sa demande de pré-inscription universitaire soit envoyée à l’université en question. IL faut compter 6 à 8 semaines à partir de la date d’envoi du courrier pour obtenir une réponse.)

In the mean time (Entre temps)

- The client bring his official baccalaurate documents to the ministry of education and his official university documents to the ministry of higher education than all the documents to the (ministère de l'extérieur) for a legalization and then brings back the documents to Getusion (Mehdi apporte ses originaux du baccalauréat au ministère de l’éducation puis au ministère des affaires étrangères pour une légalisation. Il apporte aussi ses diplômes universitaires au ministère de l’enseignement supérieur puis au ministère des affaires étrangères pour les légaliser puis il les ramène au service Visa.)


- He bring an account statement for the person who will take him on charge so we can give him the registration form of the Deutsche bank (Si Mehdi souhaite ouvrir un compte bloqué à la Deutsche Bank : Il apporte le relevé de compte du financier au service VISA pour que nos conseillers puissent lui délivrer le formulaire d’inscription de la Deutsche Bank.)

- He then goes to the post to buy a stamp and then go to the embassy with the form of the DB to sign the documents and have to pay the equivalent of 30 euros (Mehdi va à la poste pour peser et mettre un timbre sur son colis et il s’adresse par la suite à l’ambassade pour signer le formulaire de la Deutsche Bank. Il devra payer l’équivalent de 30 euros en dinars tunisien.)

- We give him his bill Gerandu (Mehdi vient récupérer sa facture Gerandu de Getusion.)

- He has to enter to the website best.rnu.tn so he can do an attestation (Mehdi entre sur le site www.best.rnu.tn pour demander une attestation de non boursier.)

- He has to go to the bank with the attestation and the bill so he can do a money transfer to Gerandu (Mehdi s’adresse à la banque avec la facture Gerandu et l’attestation de non boursier pour effectuer le virement de ses frais.)

- he brings the SWIFT from the bank to the agency (Mehdi apporte le SWIFT (preuve du virement) de la banque au service Visa.)

In the mean while, we receive his preregistration to the university
- he have to fulfill a form so we can prepare a cover lettr for him (Dès que Mehdi reçoit sa pré-inscription universitaire à Getusion, il passer au service Visa pour compléter le formulaire de la lettre de motivation.).

- he come to have his coaching (Mehdi vient à Getusion pour son coaching afin de se préparer à l’entretien de l’ambassade.)

-He then receive his Visa : He has to call us so we can prepare his insurance (Mehdi appelle Getusion dès que l’ambassade le contacte concernant l’obtention ou le refus de votre Visa.)

- He receives his insurance and details about his accommodation and his courses start date. (Mehdi reçoit son assurance par email avec les détails du logement et du début des cours)

- He goes to the embassy with his insurance so he can get back his passport with the visa. (Mehdi s’adresse à l’ambassade avec son assurance pour récupérer son passeport.)

- He brings his passeport so wen can scan the Visa and fix the last details of his travel. (Mehdi s’adresse au service « post-visa » pour régulariser les détails du voyage en Allemagne.)
