Logo Design Brief

We are a small business consultancy, which provides marketing and business consultancy to small businesses that work in the 'alternative' sector. These businesses can best be described as 'ethical' and 'concious', working with their clients in health, personal development, environmental and conservational fields. as an example, an alternative health / beauty centre which uses environmentally friendly products as opposed to main-stream products that have been tested on animals. These businesses wish to compete with their more main-stream competitors, but often don't have the business and marketing acumen to do so, which is where Business Better comes in. Our strap-line is currently "Working with you, to make your Business Better...", but this is open to suggestions, I'm still not 100% happy with it.
We provide an end to end consultancy service, working with the client to understand everything from cost modelling through to social media strategy, focusing on their target market and ensuring that they have the best presence to attract, retain and profit from their chosen segment.

The focus of our business is to help them run a reliable and profitable business, which is able to invest wisely in its business and grow organically to deliver its business objectives in an ethical manner. its not about showing them how to make a massive profit out of their marketplace, but how to operate in a cash-positive and professional manner, ensuring that they have a good pipeline of business and clients, make a sensible income and operate with integrity.

I would very much like a logo to be designed by you which reflects these values, and also a colour palette of say 4-5 colours. Suggestions on font types would also be appreciated, but the main area of focus is the Logo. any bright ideas around the strap-line also gratefully accepted.

Going forward, if I select your design, then I'd be interested in expanding our relationship towards building a brand book, and possibly involving you to work on my clients re-branding and associated work. But first, let's see how creative and inspirational you can be working on my design!
