Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Pensacola, Florida called Invictus Knowledge Institute. Invictus Knowledge Institute is a nonprofit organization focused on providing pathways to fast-track technical training and technical jobs. While we lean towards blues and greens, we don't have a specific color palette. Two additional considerations we ask during development; 1) we plan to have shirts made with the logo and 2) we would like a version of the logo that can be renderable in black & white.

Target Market(s)

1) Individuals/adults who have at least a high school diploma, who are in need of technical skills to get better paying jobs
2) Corporations/ Organizations which have a need for skilled people, but are having a hard time finding them.
