Catalogue Design Brief

I need cover design and catalog/brochure layout for a deluxe trip.
The itinerary pages my contain 3 columns with information on the trip and color images ( column1 photo/ column2 destination description/column 3photo)
The graphic layout is most important and it needs to be in a double sided catalog format.
the project needs to use a common publishing software that can be imported into Microsoft Word or Apple Pages - this will allow me to enter the content
