Logo Design Brief

Looking for a relatively simplistic, geometric style monkey head to be the logo of a rock climbing gym.
We want it simple enough so that it can be embroidered, yet still bold and iconic.
We would prefer a bold grey scale colour palette to be used. We would like the words 'Ballroom Climbing Wall' to be included underneath the design.
We would ideally prefer the logo to be able to fit inside a circle for branding purposes.
I have included an example to demonstrate.
If anybody could produce a monkey face similar to the first picture, in a style similar to the elephant picture, we would like that.
