Flyer Design Brief

I need a flyer for my business; I will be handing these out to other businesses to increase my exposure. I am an industrial electrician and want to appear professional, concise and clean. I do a lot of industrial/technical work and I want it to have the following.

Anything electrical
Installation & ongoing service
Motors, pumps, drives
VFD's, soft starters, controls
Generators
System upgrades & modifications
Inspections & logs
Energy efficiency & conservation
Customised control systems

I will then attach my business card to this. The most important information is the words 'Industrial Electrician'

I have attached my business card and logo also. Size will be DL & double sided. I would be happy for one side to have my logo and the words 'Industrial Electrician' and then the reverse side with services I offer. Probably horizontal and not vertical orientation
