Logo Design Brief

Nieves de Garrafa is a handmade, frozen treat native to Mexico. It combines fruit pulp, sugar, water in a metal cylinder and slow churns it in a salt/ice bath for a coarse frozen treat. The "bath" is most commonly a wooden barrel or bucket. The ingredients are slowchurned (often handchurned) in the cylinder, cooled by the bath, over the course of 90-120 minutes. Nieves de garrafa is a 100% natural treat and is far healthier than traditional ice cream or Italian gelato.

Common flavors are: coconut, lemon, pineapple, strawberry, vanilla, coffee, hibiscus, dragonfruit. More exotic flavors are: rose pedal, tequila, or jalapeno.

For design purposes - we want to emphasize the wooden buckets/barrels that the nieves de garrafa are produced in.

We want Nina's Nieve as the main logo text and De Garrafa in smaller text below. Please see attachments for ideas for icons to incorporate into the logo design based on the "bucket" concept
