Need logo to reflect our services The logo needs to be transparent so it can easily be added to any color background for any printing requirements and rastor files not just jpgs

I would like also to have a tagline that says "simple is more"

Must have

• transparent and flexible logos that can be added to any color background and looks professional on any print.
• Need various formats. Some that have Kadz Inc. alone and some that have Kadz Inc. plus the tagline "simple is more" together with it
• the tagline "simple is more" on its own as well....again, transparent to add to any background color online and on print .

Nice to have

• This logo needs to look fresh and clean and appeal to a younger audience, yet still bring a sense of professionalism. The word "Kadz" means "quality" so need a logo that speaks to that.

Should not have

• Old school designs with lots of swirls or outdated fonts.
