T-shirt Design Brief

We need a design for t-shirts with a cat-theme in PNG format.

The attached images show a design idea for T-Shirts, which I need in a format (PNG) for printing on t-shirts.

So the task is to make a design in PNG format, similar to those on the attached pictures.

The limit for print is:
Maximum - 11.9" x 17.9"

The t-shirt is intended for girls age 6-20

Requirements

Must have

• The design should retain the generel design idea on the attached pictures but if you have a better idea for enhancing or omitting certain elements, we would love to see it.

Nice to have

• It would be great to retain the glitter effect of the design depicted on the black t-shirt attached to have a "bling" effect.
