Logo Design Brief

We are a property management business based on the Gold Coast, Australia. Our business name is DMS - Dedicated Management Services. We manage owners properties and caretake residential complexes. Our colours are light blue as the main colour but we also see a bit of white and gun metal grey. DMS letters incorporated in the logo is an option but we love to see new ideas as well. Designs with an edge will be considered favorably. This logo will be on business cards and uniform shirts. We have a base of clientele currently but we are working proactively to build the number of properties under management. A distinctive design will be the public face of our business will be an important part of our image.
