2. Both.
3. I uploaded the English presentation. May be it could help. Also I will translate the text located on the sample designs.

Hi, This project was in my wishlist and I want to work on it but I am bit busy with my clients on Design Crowd so could you extend your deadline to two more days? Till then I am submitting my blank version.
