Peer Analytics is a company that has developed really clever algorithms to identify:

- Who is likely to leave (Churn) from a mobile phone provider
- Who is ready to be upgraded to a new product or service

Though, we are not limited to Mobile phone user analytics, but any data that involves person to person contact.

Here's a detailed description:

Two major issues all telecommunication companies continue to face are:
- Customer CHURN
o Spending huge amounts of marketing dollars to capture new customers, offsetting those moving to a new supplier.
- Customer to up-sell / cross-sell
o Spending huge amounts on analytics and research to refine and target those customers who are most likely ready to move up the value chain in your service offering.
What if a low-cost option was available to address the profit draining impact of customer CHURN and reduce the cost of identifying the ‘most likely’ to up-sell?

We're a bunch of engineers and mathematics geeks, so havent put any thought into design aspects.

We are targeting medium to large sized telecommunications companies and companies like Twitter and Linked-In.

As for colour, we're dealing with relationships between people, so making that personal connection in the branding and colour scheme is a good start.

We dont want to be too corporate, but stylish, sophisticated and yet personable.

Any clever use of negative space is always a personal preference for me, but there will be other reviewers involved so go with your heart.
