Logo Design Brief
We need a logo design for The Next Chapter, a new marketing & go-to-market consulting firm based in Austin, TX.
We develop go-to-market plans for companies that would like to reach the multicultural consumer for the first time; through marketing and go-to-market plans.
(In our case, "multicultural" means Hispanic, African Americans and Asians living in the United States.)
The meaning of "The Next Chapter" is just that ... We are the tool (pen/fountain pen/pencil) that helps companies write the next chapter in their business, as they look to reach a new customer which opens doors to new opportunities.
The Next Chapter is also exemplifies new opportunities or ways of doing things that makes the company or people feel like it's a new chapter.
And, in our case, we are writing our own next chapter as our team moves away from working for a company, to building our own business.
The logo will be The Next Chapter
When possible, we will have a small sub-headline that explains it:
Multicultural Go-to-Market Solutions
Thank you,

Requirements
Must have
- Though the log will most likely be horizontal in nature, we need to be able to drop a portion of it into the parameters set for us in LinkedIn or FaceBook which is a square.
Nice to have
- I was thinking of a pen or old-fashioned fountain pens that are made out of a feather as the logo, next to the name ... kind of seamless together ... just to depict that we are the tool that writes the next chapter ...
- Not a mandatory ... just a thought.
