Flyer Design Brief
Adding Photo of the space
As the titles eludes to, I cam creating a brand for A Boutique Hotel Lobby Bar Scene. Concept is decades/specialty music playlists ("playlist" shoudldbe used in the document). Here are the elements of the Scene I am creating.
The "bar" is a Loggia (or Loggia) and I have attached a logo for it. (We need to incorporate this logo) The loggia overlooks the pool and has a glass fire pit. The Demo of the crowd, is 25- 49 Male Female Silicon Valley professional...meaning would be dressed well, but no ties. The time is referred to as "@Dusk" and features this decades music concept, Sports, Award Shows and other Hollywood Spectacles.
I am attaching a photo of some of the Loggia space, it is not necessary to incorporate unless your concept calls for it, just not mandatory.
Every guest is a Silicon Valley Employee is the customer, they are the utmost tech savvy group on the planet. Facebook and G+ should find a creative presence in this design..
Each Month (we will start with January & February for this DC project) has a media element/theme. January is:
NFL Playoffs/Golden Globes/Critics Choice Awards
Features Artisinal Beers & a Viewing Room
February features A SuperBowl/Oscar Events
Off Days of these specials, we run a "Decades" music concept by day of the week
Inspiration for design of this should come form http://vancouverclub.ca...which is a site that resembles the concept of these advertisements.
I am proposing two designs One for January and one for February, and the winner will get the remainder of the gig for the other 10 months
Updates
I was hoping I could clarify...the details provided are what need to be included on the Advertisement. I have offered inspiration via the site design, and offered the elements that need to be included. The colors come from the site sample.

Thank you for current submissions. Please keep in mind the site referenced
as inspiration for design. Current submitted projects represent zero DNA of the site design concept. Remember, the Flyer/advert is in association with a website that has the same layout as the one referenced in the project.
Thanks

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: Some have requested more time, so i have extended. Thanks for those that have submitted. One design only came in so far with inspiration from referenced web site and design. SO, to this point, I thought I would add some more information.
When I refer to inspiration, I mean same DNA, same concepts for design layout. Here are some ideas to help. On the home page of referenced web site, there is a calendar, and throughout the site, the pages are changed up a bit page by page. When understanding a piece of marketing collateral or communication that resembles the company, it should resemble the site they visit for more information. This site referenced offers many design concepts, there is a clear navigation on the left, this is a design element with copy and content on the left like a left nav pane. There are photographs that overlay and copy with transparencies, etc...
Good luck. I look forward to finding out if this further clarification is helpful. Remember, Inspiration is not duplicating.

Project Deadline Extended

Hi All:
I dont seem be be receiving any products that resemble the sampe website design. Please visit vancouverclub.ca and click around the site, note the page designs, simple, elegant, white backgroud..all have a large photo, with some smaller photo(s) and copy written over white transparency. There is a simple left panel nav that we could utilize for copy as well.
Please revisit the site as originally offered and try to get MUCH closer to representing that product look and feel. The communication peice must appear to be associated with this design. It is even OK to take one of those page designs and replicate it with the information needed.
Thanks

- Elements Mentioned in description. An understanding that this is a series of advertisements, that will be used in various formats such as Email, online social advertising, we promotions and such, including printing.
The Hotel that this Loggia resides in is a boutique California hotel. They key is boutique, we prefer a simple and elegant approach with inspiration from the website provided above. It should exude casual elegance with a flair for excitement.
The flyer/advertisement is meant to build a brand that is driven by the scene, so although simple and elegant are style tips, young and educated are the audience, The monthly themes are the reason for the scene, and one should promote the other
