Logo Design Brief

I need a Logo, urhealing for my new website,(urhealing.com) which will be linked with urmila's empowerment & healing center" and my book "out of Uganda in 90 days". I am a.Reiki master and a Yoga instructor. I inspire and uplift people.My message is freedom.(be free). Logo will be used for banners, flyers, clothing etc.
I have no idea of colors but i love a pinch of red,lavender/indigo, yellow/ orange.
tone,I have taken photo of my own hand which i would love to have on the logo with a phoenix bird about to fly. the letters "UR" to be like water flowing.what would you suggest..the letter UR or urmila patel healing?. Need your opinion. Be stylist and organic as possible.
