Brochure Design Brief

We need a letter-sized brochure, preferably with a cover page, 2 pages of content, and back page. We are a multi-family property management firm, Indianapolis HQ, and we need this overview as an initial piece of collateral for investors who own Multifamily properties and are a looking for professional management services. We would like to include more photos, visuals, graphs, etc. than long-winded paragraphs. Our colors are orange, dark blue, and dark gray. We are fine with stock photos of apartment communities for some of the content. Will also upload sample brochures from competitors as well as current portfolio photos in the upload section. Feel free to use as much or as little as appropriate.
