Logo Design Brief
More Than Carrots is building a search platform to help vegetarian diners find the best food options when selecting restaurants. When a diner enters his/her search criteria we will display the dishes that fit their criteria and then provide information about the restaurants that serve them. The website will use lots of photos of food and allow search by different criteria.
We are based in London and our mission is to celebrate the variety and deliciousness of vegetarian food. The final design should reflect this positive spirit. It should be cool and fun, and it should appeal to mainstream consumers (not just hard core vegetarians).

Requirements
Must have
- The logo will mainly be used together with or 'on top of' images of food. These images are usually quite 'loud' and colorful. Therefore, the logo will need to have clear lines and boundaries to stand out from that noise.
- The icon itself should be usable, also without the company name next to it.
Nice to have
- I'd love to see some designs that are a bit playful with the carrot, making it into a "character".
Should not have
- Too much detail that will get lost if the logo is placed on a photo of food.
