Logo Design Brief

I need a business logo for my website, advertising and business card.. My website is www.yoganidrajourney.com

I find that I like logos with the colors that use orange and sunset colors of yellow or gold or red/orange and also turquoise as a contrasting color - sun symbols in mandala shapes- simple chakra flower mandala shapes (SEE ATTACHED IMAGES FLOWER MANDALA AND SUN SETTING)

Dear Designers,
My business revolves around teaching a form of mediation that brings deep relaxation to the body and mind for the purpose of wellness, healing and rejuvenation.
I’ve become clearer about what I would specifically like in my logo:
1) A symbolic logo that consists of a mandala like shape that is either sun shaped, or similar to the flower mandala doc that I’ve uploaded or a combination of the symbols of sun and flower. PLEASE NOTE: if you create a mandala symbol that is specifically a flower shape please have petals that are tiered and not just one layer.
2) Please use the colors of turquoise as representing relaxation/meditation, orange as representing vitality and rejuvenation. I also like the color gold as it’s been integrated in some of the submissions that I’ve received. Also gold with orange sometimes used to create a gradient effect as it is blended with orange. ( sunset effect)
3) Still keeping with fonts that are on the more simple rather than ornate. The word Journey with a different font.

• My business is teaching guided meditation and sound healing. Yoga Nidra means "yogic sleep" and the experience of Yoga Nidra is deeply relaxing and restorative to the body and mind. I've used a setting sun picture in my newsletters and on my website (see upload) because it's symbolic of the in-between state of wakefullness and sleep (day and night). I also like the circle as a symbol of wholeness and have used mandalas in some of the other work that I do. Yoga Nidra is a meditation that is practiced lying down in a comfortable and surrendered position. So any themes that support relaxation, going inward, soothing and healing qualities would be complimentary. In general I like simple designs and I'm not typically drawn to frilly or ornate designs.
