I need a logo design for a startup web based company named "Launchpad LEADership". I am a virtual mentor/coach for leaders who want to grow internally and externally. I will add value to others through blog posts/discussions, book reviews/recommendations, eBooks, webinars, and eventually a podcast. The design should communicate a vertical direction in leadership growth. I prefer cool colors with a clean, professional look. I would like something similiar to the readtoleadpodcast.com logo.
