What are the info/text that should be displayed in the poster?

The logo is currently being revamped and doesn't necessarily have to be included in the poster. I am looking for product posters in an old carnival style theme but with a fresh food twist instead of the typical junk food. This first one is for fresh squeezed orange juice smoothies and I am looking for a fun, appetizing way to market it in my shop. I really want to highlight the oranges and the freshness of them. Thanks!
