Looking for a professional, creative, simple logo for our residential redevelopment company. We buy houses, renovate them, and sell them. You may have heard of house flippers - that's us!
We want a logo that looks professional enough to generate partnerships or for lenders to take us seriously but creative enough to generate curiosity/interest from others. The logo will be used mainly for lenders (in order to get loans) and to contractors (carpenters, plumbers, etc). to partner up with us on a project.

- - Please symbolize a house or construction of a house (tools, old to new, etc.) somehow in the design.
- -Must be able to be printed in grey scale and be able to be read
- -logo must be able to stand on its own without text or the name beside it and still be discernible as "our" brand. We want to be able to use the full logo, but also separate a symbol part of it to be used for letterhead, documents. Etc. An example company is starbucks coffee - you can separate a part of the logo without the name for branding purposes. However we are looking for a more professional look than starbucks :)
