Web Design Brief

I need a website design for a new web based service called PingCheck. This service checks to see if a website is up or down and how quickly or slowly it is responding. Users sign up for a small monthly fee and add one or more websites to monitor based on the plan they purchase. I prefer a single page design.

There will be 3 pricing plans to start with. A free plan and then 2 paid plans. The pricing plans should be included on the single page.
