Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new media company based in Los Angeles called 'Mooki Entertainment'. We need it for on screen credit, Web, and print. My ideal logo is clean, simple, sleek and modern. The logo should be able to easily be converted into a vector format.

The name of the company was inspired by a Gund Bear Walrus plush toy that I would like to be the logo. The preferred color scheme would follow the original Gund Bear (See attached). I like the layout simplicity of the Tribal image attachemnt but would like it to have the clean lines and playful characterization of the line drawing attachment.

Mooch Entertainment is dedicated to developing, creating and producing original and diverse content for film, television, stage and new media.
