Logo design for a real estate company. The company brokers both residential and commercial real estate transactions. I would like the logo to represent both. Our company mostly assists families looking to purchase and sell homes including investment properties. Requesting a horizontal blue line within the logo design.

Project Deadline Extended Reason: 2 designers are close but many creative logos. Wanted to give designers more time to resubmit drafts. I was also contacted and requested to extend this project.
