I need a logo design for a new company based in France called 'Humansense' in the human resources area.

- The logo cannot be the 2 letters 'HS' as this means 'out of order' in french
- The logo should be a human being shape, neither a magnifying glass
- The lettres should not look too masculine ( I have attached an example that I like)
