Logo Design Brief

I am a mobile automotive detailer based outside of a small friendly town near Concord NH.

My main focus is to ULTIMATELY target the HIGH END clientele of both male and female gender. My packages are designed and prices to target more on the upscale side and also at the same time filtering out people who want the world for nothing. In other words, I am not the MOST expensive, but most definitely not the cheapest.

These two guys are the only guys I can see that are to my caliber of standards.

My goal is to exceed there standards.

I travel up to 50 miles radius one way. As far as I can tell, I differentiate myself my offering my mobile services at the confidence as many people will at one point think about getting their car detailed and yet JUST CANT FIND THE TIME. That's where I come in. Also, I appeal to a lot of parents too because I offer interior steam cleaning which performs chemical free and scent free. 10% of my interior cleaning is only chemical based only depending on the nature of dirt and type of stain i and working with.

I am not stating I am them. However because since they are considered as my competition, I am 100% confident they do their research. SO DO I. On the other hand, I will assure you 95% of the competition around do not research to the extent that I do.

Since I am a mobile detailer, it works toward my advantage because I can have a better one on one experience with my client by being able to have them there to ensure the methods I use and to thoroughly educate them about things.

There is a MAJOR difference to say you have the passion for something and to SHOW your passion for something.

Being mobile gives me the option to invest a HIGH LEVEL amount of time into an individuals car vs. focusing on shop volume. Hence, why I am pricier than most guys being mobile.

Some guys who may offer mobile use big box store products. Though I understand the idea of remaining profitable, my business is built around QUALITY products.

I am by no means a graphic designer. But after doing some research, I just want my logo to be something I don't need to change 20 years down the road.

Trend is fine but needs to remain appealing years later. I am sure you know that.

I am a rebrand because I recently moved from MA to NH USA. since I am going through all the trouble to pay and registering a business, I want to have this opppurtunity to start fresh. I also moved an hour away from where I was living too.

Definitely, I chose an unconventional name to the business that reflects who I am, a interesting, fun and personal person. Also it is unconventional in the sense that a Moose has nothing to do with AUTO Detailing nor does it imply I am mobile.

If you can design a logo that does ALL these things: that's awesome!


I will state that I want to look sophisticated but not TOO SOPHISTICATED where the person with the low end Lexus Doesn't want to hire me.

I also DO NOT want this to turn into something that looks like a college sports logo.

Font I want to appeal to HIGH end of both genders, but ultimately speaks to the most particular concours car guy.

THE FINAL PRODUCT NEEDS TO BE FRIENDLY: WEBSITE DESKTOP AND MOBILE, TEE SHIRTS, BUSINESS CARDS, OTHER MERCHANDISE

A problem I see with logos for auto Detailing sometimes the word "Detailing " gets washed out. In other words it needs to be clear but not taking away from the Buffing Moose. Also in the name of my business "The Buffing Moose Detailing"

The key words I want highlighted are "Buffing Moose". "The" is the last thing I want to see and detailing is the second last thing I want to see yet now washed out.

Budget and Deadline
$170 the budget and will be the package I will purchase for my logo.

Since Detailing season is running down to the end this year, I am in no hurry. However I want it in on time by early march so I can purchase new business cards and tees for the 2017 season.

• Since a live near the Loudon racetracks, I want to appeal to show car guys, NASCAR fans, and Harley Davison fans.
• Right now See project description for ideas I have.
• Despite my logo design choices I chose, I and looking for example an icon over words.
• (Ex. Moose antlers over the name of the business)
• Again I am open to new ideas.

Should not have

• I want it unconventional for an auto Detailing logo:
• Meaning no silhouette of a car.
• Please do not make it look like I sell guns in New Hampshire nor do I want to look like a football team.
