Logo Design Brief
We are licensed real estate investors and rehabbers looking for an upscale logo design projecting strength, stability & long term growth. We specialize in single family homes and multi-family homes (not apartment buildings-at this time) but could in the future so it needs to have flexibility. Color preferences are: Blues, Grays, Black, White, darker reds/burgundy - really the best color scheme of any/all options without coming across as too bold or brassy.

Loving all the GREAT ideas coming in! We have narrowed down to colors we are liking in the designs: darker blues w/gray and purples w/gray.
