Logo Design Brief
We need a logo design for our Real Estate Brokerage.Please review the attached inspiration logos/identities we are inspired by and that convey a similar look and feel to what we are going for.The final design should be clean, scale well,use no more than three colors and no gradients.We're looking for something that is simplistic, classic and elegant. Looking for something that would look nice on a real estate sign in a high end neighborhood and not look out of place.

- We want something that classic. We don't want something that looks "Corporate" "busy" or "industrial" we want it to have a personal feel.
- If designing a logo for V.A.R. Group, LLC. We want a stylation of V.A.R. in unique way but not too complex.Real Estate and Property management should be very visible as it is the core of what we do. "V.A.R." is an acronym and must have the period after each letter. "V.A.R. Group" should be the most prominent in the design LLC must be included as well but does not have to be most prominent.Attached are logos/identities we are inspired by and that convey the look and feel of designs we really like.
Nice to have
- We would like to see designs that include the full text " Valerie Alfred Realty Group, LLC" if possible while not looking crowded or overwhelming . We've had issues in the past making Valerie Alfred Realty Group, LLC look nice as there are so many words and letters. If this is not possible please use the "V.A.R. Group, LLC" text.
Should not have
- Minimize use of buildings or houses in the design. The design should not look corporate or industrial.
