Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our fintech startup based in Sao Paulo, Brasil.

Our goal is to replace the contact centers debt collection/credit recovery calls, by offering digital ways to the customers to pay their debts and also to keep the related service uninterrupted.

I would say we are a tool to avoid customer churn, besides the debt collection side.

We have contracts with Cable TV, Utilities (Energy, Water, Gas), Credit Card Companies. They give us the list and contact/debit details of their Customer and we send Emails, SMS and Push Notification to them. We call it "Digital Stimulation".

On those "digital stimulations" we invite the customers to click in a link or to directly access our portal. When the customer access our portal we first confirm their identity and then offer alternative ways of payment. Usually there are discounts, split payments and other benefits offered.

As we offer an omni-channel approach, the customer can also reply the SMS, Email or to have a live Agent assistance in order to get the best deal/payment details.

No need to follow our current logo.

We would like to have some graphical/icon plus the negocie.online that's our website address.

Target Market(s)

Most part of time we work as a white label solution, showing the logos and color of our Client (like the Cable TV company logo) to the end users.

We would like to have something to be used both as B2B and B2C (for our generic negotiation portal).

I will try to give an example to be clear:

a) If the customer receives an email from us and click on the link he will goes to the Client white-label version (try https://sky.negocie.online)

b) if the customer goes www.negocie.online he will find our generic portal (not white label). This version is not working yet.

Nice to have

• hard to say... we could try to play with two themes: financial and multichannel (like sms, email, smartphone) icons... I think I prefer a vertical logo (illustration + text side by side) rather than a horizontal one (illustration + text in the bottom).
• The Industry is Contact Centers/Financial Services.
• Fell free to choose the colors.
