Catalogue Design Brief

We are a fast casual Lebanese restaurant that needs a new multi page Catering brochure made up.

The brochure will be A5 and approx 16 pages.

We will upload media that we would like to use in the brochure in the next 24 hours.

We have uploaded the brochure brief in word file - (Brochurebrief.docx)

We have also uploaded an example of a brochure from another restaurant. it doesn't have to be similar, it just give you an idea. (brochureexample.pdf)

We have also uploaded our stylesheet. (Sheesh Grill Style Guide.pdf)

and our logo (logo.zip)

The winner will also be able to build a similar brochure plus a function brochure for our other restaurant for additional payment.

We have uploaded many pics. In some cases multiple pictures for the same page. Feel free to choose which pic or pics to use.

Target Market(s)

We have two target markets that we hope are looking for a different kind of catering. We offer food that is fresh, delicious, and different then traditional catering dishes like pasta or pizza.

The two markets we're after are....
1. Private catering for people looking to cater events at home like birthdays, BBQ's, etc.

2. Schools, Government Offices and Corporate Catering.
