Logo Design Brief

I need a logo to use to brand myself as a Realtor. I focus on selling residential real estate in South Carolina and want clients to see my brand and know it's me. Some of the thoughts I have are below:
-incorporate a skeleton key image with the phrases: The key to your new home OR Selling houses, Creating homes OR One Key. One Home. One Realtor....

-Incorporate a rooster weather vane image with the phrase: Showing the way home

favorite colors: Robins Egg Blue, Gray, yellow....i like a modern take on color not your traditional flat colors.

I am VERY open to your ideas and thoughts. Essentially I want a design that looks vintage but modern.
