We need a logo design for a new company based in South Perth Western Australia, "The Studio 64 Group"
We provide centres where parents can utilise childcare whilst hiring furnished offices and coworking spaces. We also provide onsite beauty, hair, gymnasium and park & ride facilities into the CBD, so you can drop your children at childcare, skip the traffic and ride the ferry into the CBD.
The logo design should be classy, modern, gender neutral and corporate (not too children focussed/playful). It may possibly tie in with the parent company's logo look and feel (attached).
Target Market(s)
Our target market is working parents, predominantly corporate or consultants running their own businesses.

Requirements
Must have
- The logo design should be classy, modern, gender neutral and corporate (not children focussed/playful). It may possibly tie in with the parent company's logo (attached)
Nice to have
- It may possibly complement the parent company's logo (attached) for Rpoint Properties (not including the letter R but same look/ feel)
- Would also like to be able to use the same number 64 embossed on the side of our first building (ie same font etc in the logo) (please note this building will be renovated but I wanted to keep the "64" on the side of the building and could be incorporated into the overall company logo)
Should not have
- A typical childcare centre feel - we arent going for "jellybeans and teddybears" we are looking for a classy, corporate and sophisticated feel.
