Logo Design Brief

I need an updated logo for my Crossfit Gym based in Cloverdale BC Canada. Our name is "Cloverdale Crossfit". I've uploaded the current logo. I like the circular design but am open to any ideas. The CC in the middle can be changed completely or taken out.. Our new colors are teal black and white. The final design should be versatile enough to go on a t-shirt, used for business cards or on the website. Symmetrical to the eye is preferred. Anything crossfit related could be incorporated (ie: barbell, tire, kettlebell, weights etc)
