I apologise that I’m too busy to except your invitation.
Just some friendly advice though, having the southern cross
and a kangaroo in the one logo will make it too busy IMHO.

Also a character logo like yours requires more time to get right,
offering minimum prize will deter a lot of good (busy) designers.
