Logo Design Brief

Create a logo for our new Custom Homebuilding company called WP Land Company.

My last name is Pratt. My business partners last name is Welch. Hence the WP.
Our first project together is a new construction with lot frontage on a country club in Cincinnati, OH. We have another management project in the works. The hope if for our company to build 5-8 new constructions in the next 15 months. Start construction on our own infill development projects in 2018. Build about 12-15 houses in 2018.
