Logo Design Brief

Prior to upraise of the name VeloPOS the company was named PowaPOS (Please check out our website: http://www.powapos.net/ ). Additionally, PowaPOS is owned by SuperCom (Please check out our website: http://www.supercom.com/ ).
We are looking for a logo which will look hi-tech, elegant, modern, chic, memorable and resemble our business objectives.

Additionally, people say our product is extremely elegant/sexy, we expect our logo to resemble the sexyness of our product. Most of our customers display our product because it is a art piece.

The following is the definition of the name, but the definition does NOT have to influence the design!!!!!

Word definition:
Velo= speed and velocity
POS= Point of sale

While designing the logo, please look at the attached logo's and take note that each state "A Supercom Company", we are expecting the VeloPOS state "A Supercom Company" under the logo like the other companies.

VeloPOS business objectives:

• An all-in-one tablet based Electronic Cash Register (ECR) and payment solution for small-medium businesses and is installed in shops, merchants and in retail and public locations
• Designed to simplify the payment process for the retail business, avoiding the messy, dusty, full-of-cables counter top scene, looking chic and elegant in shops
• Includes integrated accessories – printer, barcode scanner and with optional accessories such as a cash drawer, weigh scale and payment devices
• Beautiful modern design, holds any tablet for cloud based point of sale application; won many product design prizes and holds a design patent
• SIMPLE, ELEGANT and FUNCTIONAL Design. Small space is required to setup the unit. Makes the merchant life easier; Easy to setup; FAST to setup.
• Funtional SDK, allows simple integration of Point of Sale Solutions.
• Works with IOS, Android, Windows Tablets!

Target Market(s)

Shop store owners and anyone who will be interested in buying a cash register. Anyone with a tablet who would like to download a software for Point of Sale application/payment application.
