Are you open to a hand painted look? I paint all of my designs which I think will go very well with the Banksy look that you are going for.

Hi Jessyca, Potentially! The main requirement is that we can get it screen-printed, which restricts the number of colours, but our t-shirt guy did a great job with hashing and shading last time around.
